Pages have been added to the database, for the following 2010 and 2011
movies that are now on dvd: 'Russian Snark', 'Hook, Line & Sinker',
'Hugh & Heke', 'The Orator' and 'The Holy Roller'. Additionally some
older titles have finally found their way to dvd, including 'Bread &
Roses', 'Ruby & Rata', 'Starlight Hotel', 'Queen City Rocker' and
'Carry Me Back'. Word has it that 'Illustrious Energy' will finally
become available on dvd in March. The "Treasure Island Kids" trilogy
has also been added to the database.
Soundtrack collectors will want to know that not only has information
been added about 'The Orator' cd, but also the soundtrack to 'Sione's
2: Unfinished Business', which is currently having its theatrical run
in New Zealand and Australia. Although cd releases have not happened,
you can still hear a bit of the music from other recently released
films at the Soundtrack Samples Page.
I have been cleaning up code so that those of you who prefer visiting
via a mobile device will find the site a bit "friendlier" for your
iphones and such. If you are looking for information on New Zealand
movies on DVD, Blu-ray or even streaming, plus soundtracks, check it
out at:
