New Zealand Films and Soundtracks - New Years 2011 Update

Soundtrack fans may be interested in the links I have provided to the
"Streaming Soundtracks" site. At my Soundtracks pages, I have
indicated NZ soundtracks that can be requested at the free, streaming,
listening and request site. Currently there are 24 films represented
with more on the way. Another new NZ film's soundtrack is represented
with a CD release - 'Matariki'. Also Matariki's trailer can be viewed
at the film's official website, to which I have a link. Special Notice
to fans of the soundtrack 'When Loves Comes' - The movie DVD has been
re-released, in New Zealand, as a 2-disc set. One disc is the feature
on a PAL R0 dvd and the second disc is a CD of the soundtrack. I have
details about where a copy can be purchased. Additional soundtrack
samples and trailers have been added, including information and mp3
sample for the hard-to-find soundtrack LP of 'Queen City Rocker'.
Information is now available for Jason Stutter's film treatment of
Ronald Hugh Morrieson's mystery/comedy, 'Predicament'. You will also
find that the books section has been re-organised and in the process
of upgrading. A couple of new trailers have been added at the Sneak
Peek Trailers page, where you will notice DVD release dates for
'Insatiable Moon' and 'After the Waterfall'. Probably the really big
news for 2011 is that amongst the 2011dvd releases of older titles,
'Came A Hot Friday' will become available, following a theatrical re-
release.

Thx for that, can you please put the right term in my head for future
reference. My brother is a prolific reader, but like any IT
consultant prefers screen reading to book (altho he does both) he was
raving on about something he uses now, I think it began with 'K" he
downloads (for want of a better word) a book onto what I think he
meant some new gadget, reads it, then downloads another one, means
saves heaps of money on books (never reads same fiction twice) and
also stops them building up, and needless to say far more
transportable on a bike, any of that make sense?

Actually sorry to change thread but it came up on the same phone call
(London) they have started up a system like rent a bike. You will
find racks full empty or in between but all the bikes are the same.
You can borrow one for say half an hour free, or use a scan card for
longer, means instead of rushing to meetings and being late, you can
grab a bike from outside work (for him anyway) race over the other
side of London go to a meeting and get back faster than a cab, and you
can drop off your bike in dozens of places, then pick up another one
if you wish to get back. Bin racking (pun intended) my brains about
how much capital I would need to bring a similar system to Taranaki,
already you can hire bike for our walk way, but as I don't have the
readies for a needs assessment project, there is no way to determine
whether it would be viable in such a small city, but I liked the idea
a lot.
